I called to place a large order for my son’s birthday dinner this afternoon, and the menu had changed a bit since my last order. The general manager, Aaron, was absolutely amazing. He talked me through the changes and was so patient, kind, and helpful in assuring we got everything we wanted and needed! Seriously the best service! Above and beyond!! And the order was filled perfectly and the food was fantastic, as usual!! Would give it a six star rating if I could.

Took my daughter for her birthday and they went above and bring making a custom complimentary shake and they split the salad with such generous portions, I thought it was a mistake (2 salads instead of one split) but the charge was 1 salad. So much good food and a great price! Fries were hot and crisp! Truffle burger was tasty and juicy!

Great atmosphere, classic menu with a modern twist. Everything is unbelievably fresh and delicious! We ordered 2 burgers, the veggie, which is a mouth full of Flavor. And my BF ordered the half and half and let me tell you he's a meat eater and he genuinely loved it. The burger patty is half beef half veggie and he tore it up! Ordered a side of the the fried pickle spears and they did not disappoint! Highly recommend for a date night or just for fun.

My first time here and I was totally impressed by the quality of the sandwich. I have been back 3 times in two weeks and have tried a different sandwich each time. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is welcoming. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

We usually get classic burgers and truffle/sweet potato fries. The quality of the food and customer service is great, but it can be very slow during busy hours. We love the place and only come here when we crave burgers.

We were in the mood for burgers! I searched for a local burger place and we decided to try BIG Orange and I am glad we did! They were packed on a Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival, I was quoted 30 to 40 mins wait for a party of 4. The quote was accurate, and the experience was worth the wait. The food was good, and milkshakes were good. I'm not a fan of the queso... but overall was one of the better experiences since moving to NWA. Service was good... being picky, there could have been more engagement and check backs after taking our order. The atmosphere looks like it would be a great place to have dinner and watch a sporting event! Prices are above a bit high, but who isn't these days!
